Do you have a horse that you would like to sell, but don't have the time or energy? Let the Weston's spend the time it takes to find your horse an appropriate new home. Sale horses are fitted and tuned up to show to prospective buyers. Horses will be advertised and Alison will work at finding qualified new owners for them. Horse and rider match making is a priority. Thought is taken in considering the horse buyer's experience, knowledge, and expectations and matching them with the appropriate horses' disposition and training level. Sales will only take place after owner approval. Building long-term horse/rider relationships is the goal! Despite what people are saying about the horse market, quality horses are still selling well.
Depending on space availability, they also accept horses who are, or will be homeless at no fault of their own. Whatever the reason may be (financial hardship, relocation, etc.) the Westons can sometimes (if room allows) accept these equines and rehab them back to healthy, happy horses and find them great homes. Horses needing some training/tune-ups are OK.

Training Services
Offering 4 days/week of working with your horse. Starting horses under saddle is Alison's strong point, but older horses are welcome as well. She trains using feel, consistency, and firmness to gain responsiveness and respect, not "training aids" such as martingales, draw reins, side reins, etc. Alison keeps her mind open for new knowledge. She is always learning and believes a lifetime is not long enough to know everything about working with these great animals. With her training, all of the fundamental building blocks are laid to start your youngster out on the right foot. Once the youngsters are going well in the arena- out on the trail they go! Experiencing the "real world" on Central Oregon trails is vital in getting a well-rounded mount. Is your horse needing some trail time or some polishing in the arena? That can be arranged as well.
Price: $650/month, includes full care board (see boarding services page for details)
Other packages can be arranged if you're wanting less training days a week.
